My name is Andrea and I did a work placement for Next Home.
The store was getting ready for Christmas. It was very busy with a lot of products.
I worked in the stockroom. I scanned the barcodes and checked which things should go into the sale.
The other staff were very warm and welcoming. They said they were excited to have me on board. It felt good to be part of the team.
I loved it there. I loved the people and the work. I hope to get a permanent job in a store.
