WorkFit- An Employers Perspective

Last year we told you about Emily’s job at DEFRA in South Yorkshire. We were delighted to get a recent update from her employer as to how she is getting on.

“Emily’s ability and confidence has come on leaps and bounds. She takes on new tasks with ease and often completes her duties using her own time and of her own accord. She is an excellent member of the team who has strengthened the bond between FM and its customers. Emily continues to improve in her role and she is blossoming into a really integral member of the team. Her confidence around the site and in the tasks she performs is more apparent than ever and her desire to please her customer and team mates is truly inspiring”
