A Parent’s Perspective – Aaron’s job at XPO Manchester

WorkFit – A Parent’s Perspective

It was great to hear how much Aaron is enjoying his job at XPO in Manchester. We always love to hear from all those involved in our placements and so we’re delighted to hear the thoughts of his mother Carole:

“I am so proud of Aaron at this moment.

“I must thank Fran Austin for all her support, and her dedication to making this a successful placement for Aaron. None of this would be happening without Fran and WorkFit. The management at XPO are second to none in their determination to give people like my Aaron a most marvelous chance to work and be respected and valued”.

Freya enjoyed meeting her work buddies at a site visit to @GXOLogistics in Newark. The team are learning some Makaton (sign language) in order to better support Freya in her role. It sounds like a great start! Good luck Freya. https://t.co/b7fST8aaI4
