Since October 2023, Movianto has been proudly raising funds for the DSA, and we’re thrilled to announce that their efforts have resulted in an impressive £3,149 raised through the sale of Stand Out Socks!
We’re also excited to share the news of Joshua’s recent journey with Movianto. Since joining as a Hub Operative in January, Joshua has found himself surrounded by an amazing team that provides unwavering support and ample opportunities for professional growth. Joshua works closely with his buddy Penny and receives guidance from his direct manager, Phil.
We’re also excited to introduce Rhea, who recently joined Movianto in an administrative role in Bedford in March. Welcome to the team, Rhea!
Thank you to Paul Wilkinson, President of UK Movianto, for his exemplary leadership and to Charmaine and Sarah from the HR team for their support.
Congratulations to Lentils and Lather for beng nominated as a finalist in the ‘Business in the Community’ category at the 2024 Be Proud Awards in Manchester! While they didn’t win, their dedication to positively impacting the wider community shines through.
“We were nominated in the Business in the Community category, which celebrates commercial organisations that are driven by doing great things for the wider community rather than just business as usual. Some of the many things that we do, aside from running a successful zero waste shop, includes organising litter picks, supporting local charities such as City of Trees and Levenshulme Youth Project, and collaborating with other voluntary organisations who are thinking of ways to reduce local impact on the environment. We’re really proud of our achievement and to have been invited along to the 2024 Be Proud Awards – it means a lot to everyone at Lentils and Lather”
We’re especially proud of Lentils & Lather, which employs Dan through our WorkFit program. This partnership exemplifies their dedication to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
Celebrating Shauna on reaching an incredible 7-year milestone with the team at The Reader Café in Liverpool!
