There are two steps to becoming a member of Workfit:

First, please fill out the short form below to register your organisation onto WorkFit. We will then be in touch to discuss how we can support you to become an approved and trained employer of people who have Down's syndrome.

Second, we will arrange either a virtual or physical visit your organisation to find out more about your needs and potential job roles. Once we have provided the free training to you and your colleagues, we will introduce you to talented candidates who can add value to your business, and we will be here to help and support you at all stages.
