Alys – My Story

My name is Alys and I live in in Mid Wales. I am 27 years old and I live with my parents and I have a twin brother.

I have lots of hobbies and interests. My PAs take me to Zumba, running, trampolining and circuit training. I am the Welsh Rugby Team’s biggest fan and love going to matches at the Millennium stadium.

I am also interested in Wrestling and love watching men’s and women’s matches.
I’m lucky to go to the theatre and ballet a lot. I love Matthew Bourne’s choreography.

I have got a job with the help of WorkFit at Costa Coffee where I have been for 9 months and I love it.
